This book name is : Flowers At His Feet by Dr.P.Venugopalarao garu.
He has given a series of speeches on Annamayya kritis in Chennai TTD Off. which were published as a book.

This is really very good book, which gives nice insight into different categories of kritis.
I think it is easily available in Chennai book shops. (not sure)
4Audio CDs come along with the book which contain explanation and audio rendition.
