కన్ను లెదిటివి చూచి కాలము నిట్టాయను
హేయములో సుఖము యెంగిలిలో సుఖము
కాయము నమ్మికదా కష్టపడెను
పాయములో చవులు పాపములో చవులు
మాయలు నమ్మికదా మనసూనిట్టాయను
కల్లలోనిబదుకు కాసువీసపుబదుకు
కల్లరి ప్రాణాలు నమ్మి కట్టుపడెను
యెల్లి నేటి తలపు యింద్రియాల తలపు
కొల్ల సంసారముగూడి గుణమునిట్టాయను
అంగడిబెట్టే సిరులు యలయింపులో సిరులు
దొంగజీవుడు యిట్లానే తొట్రుపడెను
అంగపు శ్రీవేంకటేశుడంతలో మన్నించగాను
ముంగిలెల్లా మోక్షమాయ ముచ్చటే యిట్టాయెను

A benevolent view to our failures as humansFor what day is knowledge for this atma (when will it be useful?)It has become like this (degenerated) seeing what is in front of itIt relishes in mean / base / disgusting (Tucchamaina) and in another's body (from sex)This body is but fooled into hard workAn interest in laziness (or house routine duties), and interest in sinsThis poor mind has been but fooled by MayaA dream is this life, Pursuing a few coins (wealth) is this lifeFooled by a trinkets it has been tied downBy the urging of the ? (yellineti) and by urging of the indriyas (sense organs)Due to the influence of Samsara my gunas (abilities / motivations) have become like thisBy the wares in the display in the market, wares displayed to attract attention (impu ga pradarshana lo peetina sirulu) This pretender / thief jeeva (Jeeva is a portion of the atma that is fooled and impacted by the Maya, per Hindu upanishads - the atma is untouched and still longing for union with God) has thus been stumblingWith the pardon granted by Angapu (?) Sri Venkatesha however,In my front yard (mungili) is placed the opportunity to obtain Mokashamu (union with God)(Anga is also literally translated as 3 yards and mungili as space between 2 beams in a house - so conclusion can be translated as the Lord who is 3 yards in lenght has provided me this pardon that now gives me ample room to seek salvation )As long as the Jeeva is enamoured by the trinkets of this World that are served up by Maya, he is tied down. When he can reject these and truly seek God, he is on the path to salvation. Here, Acharya is showing such kindness and understanding to human failures - it is only because we are unable to withstand the pressures and forces of maya we are sinning and never getting out of the Web. Only an unconditional pardon that is granted by the mere presence of Srinivasa is our only chance to salvation despite these human failures
